This free public exhibition will be open from Monday 19 October to lunchtime on Friday 23 October -just across the road from school in the large cafe foyer of the office building at 245 Hammermsith Road (opposite Wolverton Gardens).
This tells the story of how we discovered the extraordinary story of our pipe-organ, with images from our archives and of the chapel that originally housed our organ; and of its wider site, owned by the Society of the Sacred Heart, before and after the property was seized by the French government.
Do pop in to have a peak and remember that the full organ story is being told here in the chapel on Friday 20 November. A shorter version is being told to students in their different year groups throughout November and the organ leaves us for restoration in the week beginning 2 November 2026. The chapel will feel strange without it but we hope to have it back in August 2027.
Come and browse the exhibition to see how we uncovered its story!
