Business students organise Charity Christmas Fair

£1,730 for the Catholic Children's Society

On 13 December, the Year 13 BTEC Business class organised their annual Christmas Fair. This took place during both lunch periods and included many different fun activities such as a bake sale, face painting, photo booth and raffle. This event was held alongside Christmas Jumper Day, allowing students to come in and dress up in order to spread the Christmas spirit even more. Sixth Form         students were allowed to dress up in Christmas themed outfits, with many fun different costumes created!

During the Christmas fair, there were many different stalls and activities raising a total of £1,730 which will be donated to The      Children's Catholic Society. The event allowed students to join in the Christmas spirit and also created a really festive and positive atmosphere.

Many students were able to enjoy these activities and make long lasting memories with their friends and also capture them through the photo booth that was set up in the old gym ! This fair also    allowed students to come together and forget about any school work and instead focus on having fun.

A huge congratulations to Gadea F (8T) winning the raffle in first place, and Olivia S (7H) for coming in second and third!!!.             Additionally, congratulations to Ms Currey for winning the staff raffle, and for Diana S (13H) for winning best dressed!

The 2024 Christmas Fair left many fun memories for students and staff. It brought the Sacred Heart community in our school further together, and also allowed students to have a fun way to end this academic term.

The Year 13 BTEC Business class would like to thank all teachers, parents and students for contributing and participating in this event. We would not have been able to raise as much money as we did without you.
