10R First Give Awareness Initiative preventing Youth Crime

As part of their First Give Initiative to raise awareness of Youth Crime in London, 10R  wore factsheets on their blazers/bags/jumpers around the school today. Their campaign is all about preventing youth crime called WHERE IS THE LOVE? 

These facts included statistics about Youth Crime rates from March 2023-2024 as well as facts about their chosen charity, Youth Against Crime not Crime Against Youth (YACnCAY). YACnCAY are a South London based charity whose work is centred around Christian Gospel Values which they use to prevent Youth Crime. They are a preventative charity that also promote the education of young people by making them understand that staying in education and staying away from crime can allow them to achieve their future hopes and aspirations.
