Oxbridge Group visits Oxford University

Last Thursday, 2 July, our Year 10, 11 and 12 Oxbridge cohort visited the Oxford University Open Day. The purpose of the trip was to give students the opportunity to explore the colleges and speak directly with Oxford students and tutors.

The group began the day with an extensive tour of Christ Church College. Students then attended a talk and met faculty tutors at Wadham College, where they were able to ask subject-specific questions and find out more about studying at Oxford. One student said that the experience left her feeling inspired about the opportunities available to her in the future.

As any trip to Oxford should, the day ended with a walk around the beautiful grounds of Worcester College and St John’s College!
