We have amazing news - a group of Year 8 students from Sacred Heart have won the Imperial College Proto-Maker Challenge 2025, coming in first place from all schools across Hammersmith and Fulham. The Proto-Maker Challenge is a STEM-based design and making programme for Y7-Y9s class groups. Our students designed a sea robot that cleans up ocean pollutants by removing litter and plastic debris. As a result, the school will receive a 3D printer and a gift experience for the winning students.
Thank you very much to Imperial College for this amazing opportunity and well done to Victoria Z, Rayah B, Zoe L, Mia T and Juliette M for this amazing achievement!
