Our Year 8 students were visited by Met Police Schools' Liaison Officer Constable Gemma, who spoke about knife crime in London. The session explored current statistics, shared real-life experiences of young people, and addressed ongoing discussions around measures such as stop and search in efforts to tackle knife crime in the local area.
Students learnt about the law, how to assess risk, and, most importantly, how to keep themselves and one another safe.
