| The Goal of Building Community |
Our Lenten fundraiser this afternoon was a huge success, with students and staff putting an incredible amount of energy into running a wide range of stalls, from sweets, drinks, and cakes to face paint, hair braiding, and live music. One of the highlights was a fiercely competitive Students vs Teachers football match (with the final score still under dispute!).
All funds raised will support UN Women and their vital work in leadership, economic empowerment, freedom from violence, and humanitarian action, helping to build a world where every woman and girl can live safely and reach her full potential.
We will report back next week on the total amount raised and share highlights from our amazing school Talent Show!
