New 'Rewards Trips' and Events
Each week at Sacred Heart we focus on one of the five Sacred Heart Goals. Throughout the school day, teachers award students achievement points for realising this goal. At the end of each term, students with the most achievement points will go on a rewards trip to celebrate their success. To qualify, students must not only obtain a significant amount of achievement points, but they must also meet the minimum school expectations of 96% attendance, and they must also not have had more than 3 negative sanctions for the term. There will be a reset after each term giving every student the chance to once again participate for the following term.
Star of the Lesson
To further celebrate the excellent behaviour in our school, one student per lesson will be awarded the Star of the Lesson award. This award will be for realising the Sacred Heart Goal of the Week. This will automatically put them into a weekly prize draw. There will be a variety of prizes for the lucky winning students, including SHHS merchandise, Skip the Queue passes for the canteen, and Canteen food tokens.
