The PTFA would like to invite all parents to join our Annual General Meeting at school on Tuesday 10 December at 6.30pm. 

The PTFA's fundraising activities are of huge benefit to the school and to our daughters. Over the past year we have given £47,000 to the school to cover the cost of various items and contribute to school projects. 

This included making a significant contribution to the chapel benches and cloister garden restoration, and paying for a new projector and large screens for the chapel, as well as Ipads for music. The PTFA have also funded new rainshelters being installed in November 2024.  Further monies have been promised for department or year group projects - with a bidding system for proposals; as well as a subsidy for some school trips.

We are extremely grateful for all the parents’ contributions that enable these important projects to go ahead. We encourage you all to attend so you can learn more about our activities for the year and find ways to get involved.

All committee positions are annual appointments and elections are held at the AGM.  A nominations form is being emailed to all parents and carers who may wish to stand for a committee position.  With one exception, all current committee members are happy to continue in post unless contested, in which case an election would be held.  The one exception is the PTFA Treasurer Laure Theuriau, whose child has now left the school and a new treasurer needs to be appointed.

We thank Laure for her commitment to the PTFA and the help she’s given the school throughout all these years.
